His main idea and purpose in getting peace and absolute freedom:
1) In his idea, abusing of religious beliefs by the domineering and
dictatorial rulers are the basis of many problems, therefore; many wars,
terrors, violence would be disappeared by separating religion from
politics in the Middle East where most of people are followers of the
monotheistic religions.
2) He advocates peace and freedom of beliefs and religions.”God created
us equally and people should create kindness, peace and justice between
each other instead of killing and violence”, he said.
3) He desires to eliminate the rough penal punishments such as:
execution, torture, whipping, stoning and imprisoning which are arising
from incorrect interpretation of Islamic jurisprudence.

Some prominent characteristics:
1- In spite of his high spiritual and scientific status and popularity,
he never interfered and interested in political and governmental status
and customary luxury. He didn’t neglect his peaceful and humanely
responsibilities and he lost everything in this way.
2- His requests was not personal, rather he litigated the needs of
social classes regardless in their beliefs. He hasn’t believed in any
discrimination between human beings. Theses behavior put him in the
public prosecutor status.
3- He always showed particular innovation in his planes which is unique.
Proscriptions and problems:
In spite of governmental boycott, censorship, prosecution of
criticizers, political suffocation, terror of opponent peoples, illegal
courts and other cases of human rights violation in Iran, this liberal
and justice advocating leader, have continued his peaceful activities
even from prison bravely and clearly, with upholding of Iranian people.
He has been under tortures and pressure and the government has several
times had attempts on his life to make his voice quiet because he has
continued his peaceful activities inside prison.
Detentions and Trials:
1) In June 1995, January 2001.
Due to public protesting against the Ulema and religious authorities who
advocate Political Religion in his independent speeches and leading
independent nongovernmental religious gatherings, he was arrested by the
Special Court for the Clergy.
2) On 8 October 2006:
He and hundreds of people present around his house to prevent his
detention were arrested. The trials have been started since 10th June
2007 and he has been tried without any legal representation and presence
of reporters and Media.
His Significant Charges include:
1) Waging war against God" (Moharebeh)
2) Using the term "religious dictatorship" instead of "Islamic Republic"
3) Publicly calling political leadership by the clergy (Velayat-e Faqih)
unlawful.
4) Leading the great independent gathering especially a few months
before detention.
5) Provoking Public opinion against government in the gatherings.
6) Acceptance of different religious followers in his mosques and
gatherings.
7) Planning for leading “Fetr” prayers in collaboration with
anti-revolutionaries, spies and Satellite Medias.
8) Promulgation against seminaries and the Ulema about Islam and
religious jurisprudence and penal codes.
9) Accusing the originator of Iran Islamic revolution of heresy in
religion and accusing governmental authorities of treason and
corruption.

Summary of his Biography:
Ayatollah Seyed Hossein Kazemeini Boroujerdi is the Holy Prophet of
Islam, Muhammad’s thirtieth son in accordance with valid documents and
references such as the book of “Zekri Al-Mohsenin” that its last edition
was republished in Tehran in 2000. His ancestors had been the big
religious leaders in their own time and had not interfered in politics
and state.
In 1958, he was born in Shiite religious authority’s house in Boroujerd,
Iran. He learned the elementary courses in the city of “Boroujerd” under
supervision of his father, Ayatollah Seyed Mohammad Ali Kazemeini
Boroujerdi, his grandfather, Ayatollah Seyed Taher Kazemeini Boroujerdi,
and Sheikh Taghi Motahhari. He learned the next levels in “Qom” under
supervision of masters such as Ayatollah Marashi Najafi, Ayatollah
Sheikh Mohammad Sadoogi Yazdi, and Ayatollah Seyed Mohammad Vahidi.
In 1979, Ayatollah Boroujerdi assumed the Imamate of Hemmat-Abad mosque
in commandment of Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Reza Golpayegani and at the
same time he continued his learning under the supervision of the Ulema
of Tehran such as Ayatollah Sheikh Hassan Saeed Tehrani, Ayatollah Seyed
Abdol-Hossein Zo-al-Riasatein, and his father.
In 1991, he started his teaching in different subjects such as moral,
Gnostic, and social as meetings and conferences. He advised people
without pertaining to any political or other parties. Many people
participated in his classes and gatherings to achieve knowledge and
wisdom. His knowledge and special personality attracted people in
different classes and even religious minorities.
He continued his activities for decrying heresy, superstitions and
religious fanaticisms and violence. In June 1995, He was arrested and
sent to Tohid prison. He restarted his activities in a short time after
being released.
Since 1996, he and his father assumed the Imamate and management of Noor
Mosque in Tehran. Due to his elucidating and descriptive speeches
and warning to seminaries, he was arrested for the second time in
January 2001 and exposed to tortures give rise to his heart attack.
In August 2002, his father who was one of the religious authorities
opposed to political religion was killed by government that caused
intensifying pressures and losing his situation in his father’s mosque.
His activities was increased in his house and each month he had big
meetings and gatherings until August 2002 that he was summoned to the
special court of clergy. He was forced to stop all his activities.
Due to people’s request and attention, he restarted his activities in
new ways. In 29 June 2006, his last public gathering was carried out
without any media propaganda, in complete boycott and with a large
population attending in the largest athletic stadium (Shahid Keshvari)
in Tehran, Iran.
Sunday morning, 30 June 2006, police and security forces attacked his
house to arrest him, but their efforts failed because of the resistance
of people and his followers.
Saturday morning, 7 October 2006, governmental forces attacked to his
house extensively. During this attack that was continued until the
next day morning, 8 October 2006, Ayatollah Boroujerdi with the hundreds
of men and women were arrested.
Since then he has been under tortures in different sections of Evin
Prison in Tehran and exiled in 22 November 2008 to Yazd central Prison.
As before, he has continued his efforts for separation of religion from
state and peace among followers of different religions.
At the end, during his last detention, he was banned from wearing cleric
clothes, so he notified several times that he will never wear the
clothes again to protest to clergy dictatorship.

Mr. Boroujerdi was invited to make a presentation at the 5th annual
conference on Peace and Religion, held on March 27th, 2009 at Kennesaw State
University. Since he has been imprisoned, he was unfortunately not allowed
to participate in the conference.

In this article it is proved that the principle of Velayate Faghih is not on
the basis of Holy Quran and Islamic documents. It is written in Evin Prison,
Tehran 2010.

in his books before his detention in October 2006 and the others could be
